The Manifest series introduces key figures in Slovak visual art from 1960 to the present. It highlights a progressive generation of artists, many of whom were part of the alternative scene and significantly influenced the development of Slovak visual art.

Their inspiring work reflects trends in contemporary international movements, such as neo-avant-garde, pop art, kinetic, and conceptual art, which have led to their notable success both in Slovakia and abroad.
